The Council of Motor Clubs

The evening with Bathurst winner and International racing driver Bob Holden will be held on the night of Thursday 25th of November 2010, just prior to the Tasman Revival event.

A one course meal will be served at the Concordia (German) Club from 6pm and this will be included in the ticket price of $30.00. We plan to offer two different meals ie beef or chicken with a fifty/fifty distribution per table (any vegetarians should state this at the time of booking so that arrangements can be made).

The club is located in Mackey Park, Richardson's Crescent. It is opposite Tempe Railway Station (on the Marrickville side) and there is ample parking at both the club and the station. For more information about the club, visit their website at www.concordiaclub.org.au.

Drinks, coffee and cake will be available for purchase from the club on the evening.

Well known motoring identity Wil Hagon will be our host for the night, and at the start of the evening a cheque will be presented to a Childrens' charity of Bob's choosing.

While dinner is being served we propose that a relevant short film be screened ie London to Sydney Marathon.

As seating is limited the early bird will get better than a worm; in this case probably a once in a lifetime
chance to meet this remarkable Australian.
